Before the team arrives, tick these off.
A short checklist for clients before the team walks in. Tick each box as you go — it fits one printed page so you can stick it on the fridge between visits. The same list applies whether you book a one-time Standard, a recurring weekly, a Deep or Spring reset, a Move-In / Move-Out, or a same-day short-term-rental turnover.
Tell us who lives here and where they will be.
Our product line is pet- and kid-safe at the concentrations we use, and most clients leave dogs or cats loose during the clean. A short note at booking — name, temperament, where they will be — keeps everything calm and doors exactly as you want them.
A small set of items worth moving out of the way.
Most homes are fine as-is — the team is background-checked, insured, and bonded, and the same person returns on the recurring schedule you book. If any of the items below are loose in the work area, tuck them away so the clean is uninterrupted.
How we get in and how the team finds the home.
You do not need to be home for the clean. Pick whichever entry method is easiest — door code, lockbox, smart-lock, or a manager meeting the team in person — and send it ahead of time so the arrival window goes smoothly.
How we invoice and what to have ready at booking.
Payment is captured after the clean — never before — and the invoice ships to the email on file on the day of the visit. A short list of things to confirm at the same time you send the booking.
Once every box is ticked, the team has everything they need for a smooth visit. Send a text or an email any time before the appointment — a small change is rarely a problem on the day of.

Reach out and a person replies the same business day.
If a prep item above does not fit your situation — a managed portfolio, a same-day turnover, a long-term STR contract — email moneyfamily4839@gmail.com or use the contact form. Lakisha reads every message herself and replies with a real answer, not a templated bounce.
